The company was born in 2008 to cater in house for the growing demand of our clients for high quality and architecturally accurate 3D images. We have now trained and established a talented team of 3D visual artists that can support and promote architectural projects. We have found it essential for our clients to be able to communicate visually with all their stakeholders, to deliver a seamless narrative allowing all parties to buy into the proposal.
Visualisation (cgi)
Architectural visualisation is a hugely powerful, effective way of presenting design schemes to planning officers, public presentations and potential buyers. A photorealistic visualisation or computer generated image (cgi) will show all interested parties how the building or development will integrate with the existing topograhpy, giving a detailed and convincing image of how the finished design will look. Blending the image into existing site photographs gives a true representation of the proposal, developing confidence with all parties and ultimately gaining their support for the clients proposal.
A single CGI (Computer Generated Image) can be used to both help gain planning permission, and once this is granted, to market the development to the public.
Images produced are always high resolution - meaning a single image can be used on websites, in brochures, on site signage and on promotional DVDs and CD-ROMs.
Floor Plans
3D floor plans are a cost effective way of giving a clear, attractive overview of an interior layout. They provide a vast amount of detailed, accurate information and instantly give buyers a sense of proportion and how the interior of a property will feel. They can be furnished with an extensive library of stylish modern or traditional furniture. Bespoke furniture can also be modeled to your specification. 3d floorplans are also an ideal way to visualise a commercial or retail scheme, clearly showing all the facilities on offer and demonstrating the overall layout of the space.
Animation
Nothing gives a clearer, or more impressive impression of a space or development than architectural animation. Sometimes known as walk-throughs, and fly-overs, they allow viewers to see every feature of a development from all angles. Smoothly edited with music, and on screen text to highlight every aspect of the design, they give a crystal clear picture of how the finished development will look. Architectural animations give a truly inspirational feel and generate a huge amount of interest in a development. For site sales we can prepare a fully interactive animation on dvd which allows sales staff and purchasers to easily manipulate the product with a standard remote giving them full control on a very simple and tactile format.
Photorealistic Interior Images
High end interior visuals enable clients to demonstrate the interiors of the proposal prior to or during construction, giving them an opportunity to generate early interest or pre-sales. The images can be populated with furniture and interior design schemes prepared by the clients consultants giving them an as built image prior to site commencement.

We were pleased to be engaged to prepare full render images and a series of place making story boards which helped our client gain planning approval through there presentation to the councils planning committee.
development animations
To support a clients existing sales team and promote a ground breaking approach to site sales, we created with them an interactive sales animation that allows them the luxury of showing potential purchasers around the developments and homes before they are built.
images generate interest
Our client was keen to generate early presales on bespoke house types in this difficult climate. In response to this challenge we prepared a series of internal images that clearly illustrated to purchasers the innovative product they were bringing to the market.
